“Hello, my name is Mark Alexander.
I’m the CEO of the Cloud Communications division of NTT Ltd.
The last several weeks have brought unprecedented change to the way we live and the way we work.“
“These changes not only have affected March and April, but they’re really going to last well into the future as we move forward in the coming months and the coming years.
During this time, our number one priority has been, first, our people; and then our clients, to make sure we take of them and give them the utmost priority.
We’ve all been juggling a difficult workload of personal life and professional life and it’s really highlighted the need to stay connected in these difficult times.
We see the value of a reliable communications platform that can help us communicate with our loved ones, with our colleagues, with our customers, and even within our community at large.
We’re very fortunate, as the Cloud Communications division, to play a significant role in keeping this communications infrastructure running and really helping the betterment of society as a whole.
I want to take this time to thank all of the people within the Cloud Communications division of NTT, all of our technology partners who’ve helped us during these difficult times, and I want to close by thanking those most important people, our clients, for placing your trust in us, your faith in us, and working with us in these diffcult times to be successful.
I really believe these tough times bring out the best in our people and bring out the best in our relationships – and together I feel we’ll get through it successfully.”
