It was a pleasure to chat to Joe last week on his interview ‘A Cup of Joe’ and useful to remind myself how generating demand has changed… and yet it hasn’t!
What changes (and what keeps it so exciting) is that the format and channel we can use to spread the word is continuously evolving. Just as digital transformation continuously disrupts the world of the clients we work with – it continues to disrupt Arkadin too. We have a multitude of tools and techniques available to help us get a message out to market quickly and just as importantly to help us innovate in our approach.
When I look at my social feed on LinkedIn, I’m delighted to see the Arkadin team telling their stories from wherever they’re in the world. This week has been fantastic – the Arkadin and NTT team in Vegas have been doing a brilliant job of sharing their insights from Microsoft Inspire (and no, the team back here in the UK aren’t jealous at all!). Of course, they have the platform of Microsoft Partner of the year to work off, it’s an accolade we are all extremely proud of.
Back in the traditional world we continue to see the results of our efforts at UC EXPO this year, particularly around our joint messages with our NTT colleagues around the critical importance of the WAN when deploying a UCaaS solution (your SD-WAN checklist) and from a user perspective making sure you have adoption top of mind.
