Arkadin Launches Cisco Webex Calling Offering for Complete Enterprise Communications to Deliver Smarter Workspaces

Following a successful EMEA launch in May, Arkadin launched the extension of its Cisco Webex Calling offer into the US and Canada on 21st June, to provide customers with a one-stop solution for complete enterprise communication and smarter collaboration.

This cloud-based communications solution is packed with all the enterprise-grade features of a PBX and integrated with Webex Teams and Devices. Launching in the US and Canada bearing the trusted Cisco Webex brand, our Webex Calling provided by Arkadin enables customers to take advantage of a complete communications service which is bespoke to the single user experience.

Arkadin continuously aspires to deliver the latest innovative solutions for customers globally. As a Cisco Early Service Provider, we are able to provide customers in the US and Canada with global PSTN telephony (in 23 countries) through Cisco’s secure BroadCloud platform. This means that we can now offer full enterprise calling and PBX features to aid businesses with their transformations to a smarter workspace.

The launch comes at an exciting time in the communications sector as more businesses are combining cloud-based innovation with legacy systems to enable smarter communication and unlock greater flexibility for their workforce. With our Webex Calling capabilities, we have listened to the needs of our customers to deliver a suite of integrated voice services which empower people’s collaboration, driving efficiency and productivity resulting in greater business agility and ROI.

By adding Webex Meetings, the service delivers the most complete, business-ready bundle on the market bearing the trusted Cisco Webex brand fully delivered, managed and supported by Arkadin. Webex Calling also makes it easy for customers to move to the cloud at their own pace by bringing all the functionality needed together for calling and collaboration in one simple package – enabling a seamless transition to the cloud.

Following the launch, Arkadin will continue to extend its collaboration with Cisco globally. The Cisco Webex Calling service will be delivered in 23 locations, with the offering now live in EMEA, launching imminently in the US and Canada and launches in Asia Pacific and LATAM to follow shortly.

The Arkadin team also joined the Cisco team at Cisco Live San Diego in June and will deliver a joint Marketing webinar in July to explore the benefits of the joint Webex Calling offering.
